2. Service Description
We provide a web-based tool that allows you to:
- Convert WhatsApp chat exports to PDF and HTML formats.
- Process chat files entirely in your browser (client-side processing).
- Export chats with media files and formatting preserved.
- Access both free and premium conversion features.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our service, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the legal right to export and convert the chat files you process.
- Respecting the privacy and consent of all individuals in the chat conversations.
- Using the service only for lawful purposes.
- Providing accurate information for payment processing.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use our service to:

5. Payment & Billing
Premium Services
Premium features require a one-time or subscription payment through our secure partner, Razorpay. All sales are final once the service has been successfully delivered to your browser.
Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction for a review and potential correction.
6. Service Availability & Disclaimers
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any temporary service interruptions or loss of productivity caused by downtime.

8. Fair Use & Account Security
Use of the Unlimited / Lifetime plan is subject to our Fair Usage Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The policy sets out per-account device, session, and daily-export limits and exists to prevent account sharing, resale, and commercial-scale automation. Account sharing, resale, automated or commercial usage may trigger throttling, suspension, or termination without refund. We reserve the right to require email re-verification on anomaly.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of West Bengal, India.
